Y BEUDY is a detached cottage in the grounds of the 18th century farmhouse of Tan y Bryn
Y Beudy sleeps four in two ground floor bedrooms: one double and one twin room.
The single storey accommodation includes a living room, kitchen/dining room, a modern bathroom with bath tub / shower, basin and WC. The entrance hall has an additional cloakroom with basin and WC. There is a step down to the double bedroom and bathroom.
The living room has two sofas and a wood burning stove, Freeview TV with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washer dryer. The dining table seats four and is set before the window overlooking the lawn.
Newly renovated with fine attention to detail, this cottage is stylish and contemporary: slate and oak floors combine with superior quality furnishings and fittings to provide luxurious accommodation.
A pretty lawned garden to the front offers a lovely place to sit and enjoy your coffee on a sunny morning. A barbeque is available for use on request. You are invited to enjoy the large gardens at Tan y Bryn, sitting by the pond enjoying the views, picnicking under the trees or playing on the wide lawn.
Another two bedroom cottage, Y Bwthyn, shares the lawned garden making it ideally suited for holidaying with your extended family or friends.

Closet: slate flooring, low level W.C. Hand washing basin, mirror with shaving light and ceiling light.
Kitchen / Diner: Slate floors, oak fitted kitchen, built in appliances. Oven and hob, fridge with freezer box, dish washer, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Single drainer, monobloc taps, ceiling and under cupboard lights. Extendable circular dining table, four dining chairs.
